North of Ketchum

The area towards the Sawtooth Mountain Range boasts many private estates and homes. With easy access to popular hiking and skiing trails, recreational opportunities abound. Local residents enjoy biking and skiing on the Harriman Trail, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and flyfishing. A popular area for celebrities, North of Ketchum has close proximity to Sawtooth National Recreation area, Galena Lodge and Ketchum.

Ketchum

The thriving mountain town of Ketchum is the heart of the Sun Valley area. Including West Ketchum and some outskirts, this area runs from the base of the world-famous Mt. Baldy to the Sun Valley Resort to the beautiful Bigwood River. The town of Ketchum is bustling with a selection of fine real estate, galleries, gourmet dining, and unique shops. Residents of Ketchum and visitors alike enjoy walking the quaint streets, biking and cross-country skiing the pathways, fly-fishing along stretches of the Bigwood River and golfing on the Bigwood Golf Course.

Warm Springs

Located on the outskirts of Ketchum, Warm Springs gets its name from Warm Springs Creek, which gently meanders through the area. Mature trees and foliage offer stunning colors and beautiful views throughout the seasons. Located just minutes from the town of Ketchum, residential areas include high-end custom Warm Springs real estate and convenient and cozy ski condominiums. The location of the Warm Springs ski lifts, with direct access to Mt. Baldy, makes this area very popular.

Elkhorn

Elkhorn is within the city of Sun Valley, stretching from the Dollar Mountain ski lift to the southern area of Ketchum. South of Ketchum

The town has many new local businesses and activities and is becoming more and more popular. Just 12 miles from the Sun Valley Ski resort, the Hailey community is home to Blaine County High School and many wonderful surrounding neighborhoods.

Bellevue

Bellevue is known as the Gateway to the Wood River Valley. This community has been rapidly growing in the last few years. Many new area businesses are finding Bellevue to be a perfect place to set up shop just south of Sun Valley. With wide-open spaces and great views, Bellevue real estate opportunities include large acre parcels and beautiful ranch properties.
